The former National Vice Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress, H.E Alhaji Said Sinare, admonished Majority Leader of Parliament, Mr. Alexander Afenyo Markin on Tuesday to refrain from his incessant attacks on Former President John Dramani Mahama and his running mate, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang.
The furious leading member of the National Democratic Congress issued this warning via Twitter after the legislator launched a personal attack against the 2024 running mate of the opposition NDC on the floor of parliament; further stating that she failed to deliver on her mandate despite occupying key positions in past governments.
In response to these allegations, The Zongo President of NDC – H.E Alhaji Said Sinare referred to such an attack as theater of absurdity aimed at discrediting their party’s running mate.
He said “Use your sword on your president who cannot remember his own campaign messages due to old age and leave our Jane Naana alone”.
Speaking to the media, the former high commissioner argued that, Ghanaian are wise and no amount of theatrical display by the appointees of the Nana Addo/Dr. Bawumia led NPP government will give them a succour in the December 7th, 2024 election.
