The vociferous politician and the light-skinned Rawlings look-alike politician,H.E Alhaji Sinare in a statement posted on his official Facebook and Twitter pages yesterday commended Johnson Asiedu Nketia-led National Executive committee and the support base of the opposition National Democratic Congress for their unwavering support which led to the release of Hon. Naa Koryoo, the NDCs Parliamentary candidate for Awuwu Senya East Constituency on Saturday.
In a page one page statement, Alhaji Sinare was quoted to have said “the unwavering solidarity and unrelenting efforts of the support base and leadership of our illustrious National Democratic Congress (NDC) have yielded a resounding victory for our besieged democracy”.
He indicated that, the release of our distinguished Awutu Senya East Parliamentary candidate, Hon. Naa Koryoo, serves as a paradigmatic example of the transformative power of unity and unwavering determination, and I must humbly commend the National Executives and the support base our party for this indefatigable milestone.
commending H.E John Dramani Mahama ,the founder of Zongo for NDC, who combed the length and breadth of the country and spent his energy and resources just to ensure President Mahama garnered the needed and expected Muslim votes in the 2020 general elections has stated that, I want to also respectfully commend His Excellency John Dramani Mahama for his forthright and resolute statement, which sent a clear message to the reckless New Patriotic Party (NPP) that we will no longer tolerate their oppressive tactics of intimidating Ghanaians, exemplifying the very essence of democratic governance.
In a stark message to warn the NPP, the former National Vice Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress has also stressed that, I am by this statement reminding the inept leadership of the NPP government to recognize that their messianic delusions and misguided notion of ownership over Ghana will no longer be countenanced by Ghanaians, particularly the NDC, as we will no more remain, passive spectators while they perpetuate their hegemonic agenda of bullying members of the NDC, leading into the 2024 elections.
He said, the NDC, as the harbinger of hope and change, will form the next government (Isaiallah) to reset the country and address its current myriad of economic difficulties, while continuing to champion the rights and freedoms of all Ghanaians and resist the NPP’s attempts to undermine our democracy, thereby ensuring the consolidation of our democratic gains.
