Sanitation Minister, Cecilia Abena Dapaah, has recently made headlines due to reports of an alleged robbery committed by two of her domestic assistants.
According to a report from The Chronicle, a significant amount of money, including Dollars, Euros, and Ghana Cedis, was discovered in the bedroom of Cecilia Dapaah and her husband, Daniel Osei Kuffour, during the period between July and October 2022. The incident took place at their residence in Abelempke. Subsequently, the case was brought before an Accra Circuit Court for investigation and resolution.
The accused individuals, identified as Patience Botwe (18 years old) and Sarah Agyei (30 years old), are alleged to have committed the robbery, resulting in the theft of substantial sums of money and personal belongings from the couple. The total value of the stolen items and cash is estimated to be in the millions of Ghana Cedis.
