Hon. Augustina Ama Tabuah Kwofie, an aspirant in the recently held National Democratic Congress’ Parliamentary primaries in Evalue-Ajomoro-Gwira has debunked rumors that she will contest as an independent candidate in the 2024 elections.
According to her, such rumors are not true, and that she remains committed her party, the NDC, and will contribute his quota to ensure that the party retains the Evalue-Ajomoro-Gwira Parliamentary seat.
In a press release available to InsiderGH.com, Hon. Tabuah Kwofie revealed that she personally called the incumbent Member of Parliament for Evalue-Ajomoro-Gwira, Hon. Kofi Arko Nokoe and congratulated him for emerging victorious in the elections.
She stressed that while the outcome of the primaries was not in their favour, there is the need for all of them to come together to support the incumbent Member Parliament to ensure that the NDC retains the Evalue-Ajomoro-Gwira Constituency parliamentary seat.
Hon. Tabuah Kwofie further urged all her supporters and sympathizers to collaborate and join the campaign efforts of the incumbent MP so they can retain the seat for the NDC and also increase the vote of Former President John Dramami Mahama in the Evalue-Ajomoro-Gwira Constituency.
